Abreia Epps Ed.S, LPC

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and I believe meaningful change begins with understanding—not judgment.

Throughout my work, I’ve found that people rarely come to therapy because something is “wrong” with them. More often, they’re carrying patterns that once helped them survive but no longer serve the life they want to build. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, perfectionism, trauma, or a season of uncertainty, my goal is to help you better understand yourself rather than criticize yourself.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients understand their emotions, develop self-trust, and create lasting change—not by forcing themselves to be different, but by reconnecting with who they already are.

Outside of my training and clinical work, I believe therapy works best when there is a genuine relationship between therapist and client. My hope is that our sessions become a place where you feel seen, challenged when needed, and supported as you move toward the life you want.
